We recently moved into a home that needed the heating, cooling, and air quality updated.  Tom did a great job of updating all these systems in a timely, efficient manner.  He was very thorough, explained things well, and was very precise in his work.  He also helped with referrals for other services we needed.  He was very concerned about the air quality in our home, and made sure that all of those issues were resolved, ensuring our wellbeing. We are very happy with all the work he completed in our home.  Our home feels very healthy now!

I could not give a more enthusiastic endorsement to Tom, and Enviroworld USA.  We've been in our home in Edina for just over 10 years, and have struggled with a cold lower level every winter.  Tom came in February, and got that fixed immediately, and pointed out to us what needed to be changed in our system to maximize the airflow in the house.  He removed an original "zone" system, including a 2nd thermostat downstairs that caused nothing but problems, all while explaining in detail why it was all wrong for our house.  Everything he did was well thought out, and expertly explained, so we always knew not only what was being done, but also why. He got our entire home warm, and consistent within 2 degrees up and down, AND brought the humidity up to a much better level as well. EnviroWorld was very concerned with comfort throughout the entire house. By careful planning and making modifications to ductwork the temperature level is now equal on both floors [There was a ten degrees difference in the past—typically too hot on the upper level and too cool on the lower level. Comfort on one floor came at the expense of comfort on the other.]

The installer was meticulous in every way—-from explaining what would happen, providing daily updates, and following up in a kind, caring way. I could always tell that there was a great concern for my and my family’s health as well as our comfort. Selecting  EnviroWorld was one of the best purchasing decisions I’ve ever made!!! Tom. To say that your service is outstanding doesn't let you know how much we have appreciated your company and your great service! We have learned so much from you. You have taken us from "Kindergarten to Master Degree" teaching us both about air supply in our home, how it effects our health, proper equipment installation, the works.
Was impressed with the new ductwork and sheet metal you designed while others had no clue. Eliminating the rust, eating away from the inside from our ductwork from the old humidifier. Our air flow is now wonderful in every room. Much improvement. Placement of the new high wall registers was very noticeable during our first cooling season. Magically, first day of your turning on the Steam Humidifier last Spring, Pat, my wife, had instant drainage of her sinuses, from years of chronic congestion, which medical doctors, medications could not permanently relieve from her misery. When you told us that as your customer, we have become part of your HVAC family, those were just not words but true statements. From helping us to understand our existing equipment disaster to helping us get the needed issues resolved. You have put a new understanding with our home going the extra mile. Your care and concern was so tenderly shown a week ago whereas one of our daughter's lost her battle with pancreatic cancer. When you returned from lunch that afternoon, you gave us a wonderful card of sympathy with a touching message. Thanks Tom. That meant a lot to us. Your attention to detail and constant explanation of the work done helped us to better understand your true professionalism. You have shirked from telling us what was needed to being very comprehensive and complete. You were UP FRONT, STRAIGHT-FORWARD, TRUE INFORMATION. We have a 5,600 sq ft  home (larger custom built home), Tom installed a 5 Ton Two Stage AC, great cooling over the years during record heat in summer, best home heating performance ever, basement is very warm during cold winter weather, equipment maintenance professional, natural gas line expert, found very dangerous natural gas firepit leak that could have blown up our home and caused great bodily injury as caused by other contractors who did not care, service or back up their work, highly skilled HVAC expert and overall customer service excellence is top notch. We had no heat or AC. Tom bumped us to the top of the list and  walked through everything that went wrong and explained our major air flow issues. Now our house is as healthy as it's ever been. Noticeable difference from the time we left home to the time we got back. Temp was the same upstairs as downstairs.
Tom worked over memorial day weekend to ensure our new baby is healthy as possible. New duct work and thermostat and no leaks in the AC lines/coil.  Tom is the best at what he does and it's easy to tell he's passionate and proud of his work! Can't thank him enough for getting  the job done days before our first child makes an appearance!! After the job was done Tom checked in to make sure everything was ship shape. Upon recently listing our home for sale, an inspectors report came back requesting the furnace unit to be serviced and a rusty gas pipe to be repaired asap. Tom was able to fit us into his busy schedule, diagnosed the issues promptly, and perform the ORSAT safety inspection for us, to determine the safety of our heating system. Tom was very friendly, a delight to work with, and demonstrated the highest level of integrity. Providing us with superior customer service, Tom went above and beyond our expectations by doing many extras, such as removing the entire blower wheel housing, took apart, thoroughly cleaned it from eight years of dirt build up, and put everything back together, perfectly. Unlike others before, Tom expertly cleaned the interior of the furnace, provided safety carbon monoxide tests, then continued to impress us by clearing out all the dirt and debris from our air conditioner. Tom also easily balanced our air flow in the basement. Finally, after eight years of frustration and a cool basement, even heat now circulates throughout the entire home!

I live in a townhouse, and was experiencing respiratory problems (burning throat and eyes, chronic sinus congestion, etc.). A home inspector recommended that I reach out to ENVIROWORLD USA, saying that if anyone could solve my IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) problem, it would be them. After speaking with Tom, he quickly came out to my home, and thoroughly inspected my entire HVAC system. We discovered that I had both mold and rust in my ventilation system, along with undersized ventilation ducts and inadequate air circulation. To make matters worse, I have a neighbor who is a heavy smoker, and I was getting a lot of second-hand cigarette smoke drifting into my townhouse. Tom completely overhauled my HVAC system. This included systems for air purification (no more cigarette smoke!), HEPA filtration, new duct work, new AC, a humidifier (no more nosebleeds), and a customized air circulation system. I was amazed at the amount of detailed scientific knowledge that Tom has regarding IAQ. He has a real passion for this work, having also experienced respiratory problems during his life. Long story short, he solved the problems I was having. The other thing I really like about Tom is his commitment to customer service. After a couple years, I noticed a slight deterioration in the air quality in my home. I called Tom a few days before Thanksgiving, and asked if he might be able to come out to my home in the next few weeks and tune-up my system. Instead, he showed up at my home just a few minutes later, and made a minor adjustment to the REME Halo air purification system. Literally, within a few hours, I was breathing easier. I can't say enough good things about Tom. He is an IAQ genius, with a deep commitment to customer service and follow-up support. Absolutely wonderful experience. If you are looking for someone with real experience with duct work and HVAC who will be honest and upfront with you, I have the company for you. Tom loves to let you know the details of everything he is doing or proposes to do. He is the duct whisperer. If you have heat (winter) or cooling (summer) problems on your 2nd floor, it is most likely your airflow. Don't listen to the sales people that promise a new furnace with a big fan will fix your problem. It won't. We tried that. Tom can rework your duct so that proper airflow can occur. I can feel the temperature difference, and can sleep at night without sweating myself to sleep. For the short time we were using gas this spring, our gas usage was cut in half. Because of the 2 stage air conditioner, I expect the electricity usage to be lower too during the summer. We suffered for 19 years with heating and cooling problems. They are gone now. No more humidity problems in the basement too since the air now circulates and is dehumidified by the air conditioner. Tom made sure that *every* room in the house had good air flow. For air quality, Tom installed a hospital grade Hepa filter, air purifier, and put in a better filter for the furnace. We breathe easier and have confidence in the air quality and fewer virus issues. He had custom metalwork done for the furnace for the air return and furnace stand. All designed beautifully and functional. The new thermostat is a work of art. For the people averse to paperwork, Tom filled out all of the paperwork for the rebates and warranties. All we had to do was cash the checks when they came. The city inspectors were impressed with the quality of the work. He went far above and beyond what we have encountered previously with a furnace and a/c install. He even discovered, fixed, and cleaned up our dryer vent as part of his service (which most possibly save us from having a dryer vent fire). It took a day of hot, sweaty work to clean up the mess and he could have passed off to someone else but didn't. The dryer vent should have been cleaned by the duct cleaners like they promised, but wasn't. He was here when he said he would be, and he sent email ahead of time detailing what he was going to do. He cleaned up every day and talked us through what was accomplished that day. Best communication ever. Best experience ever. Seriously. Call him.
